Happy Core is being built around the belief that a great Pilates studio should feel just as good as the movement itself.
We want clients to walk through the door and immediately feel comfortable, cared for, and part of something.
Our instructors do more than lead workouts. They learn names. They notice progress. They make beginners feel comfortable. They challenge experienced clients. And they help create the kind of community people genuinely want to return to.
We're looking for instructors who want to help us build that experience.

We welcome experienced Pilates instructors, but we also want to meet talented instructors who are still building their careers.
If you are currently completing your Pilates certification or are newer to teaching, we still encourage you to apply.
We care about your technical foundation, but we also care deeply about your communication skills, personality, willingness to learn, and ability to connect with clients.

Teaching Audition
We'll invite strong candidates to teach a short in-person session so we can experience your teaching style firsthand.

If it feels like the right fit for both of us, we'll move into the offer and onboarding process.
